This focused program is designed for process owners, group leaders, and team leaders from various functional areas in the industrial and financial sectors who are responsible for driving process improvement. The program comprises four on-campus days, structured into three modules with breaks in between. Over the course of the program, participants sharpen their management skills, explore emerging trends, and learn to design strategic projects with clear objectives and solid financial foundations. Guided by expert professors, teams work intensively on high-stakes project pitches presented directly to the company’s board – a unique chance to turn classroom insights into real impact.
