Format & Duration

The program comprises four on-campus days, structured into three modules with breaks in between. Over the course of the program, participants sharpen their management skills, explore emerging trends, and learn to design strategic projects with clear objectives and solid financial foundations. Guided by expert professors, teams work intensively on high-stakes project pitches presented directly to the company’s board – a unique chance to turn classroom insights into real impact. These immersive sessions also build a strong network of future executives, fostering lasting connections and preparing participants to lead with confidence and vision.
