Cancellation Policy
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that can be attributed neither to your commercial nor to your independent professional activity), you have a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory provisions. For the right of revocation, the regulations apply, which are reproduced in detail in the following revocation policy.
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract, i.e. from the day on which GBS has declared admission and you have thus placed a binding order for the event.
The right of revocation is exercised by submitting a clear declaration (e.g. in writing, by fax or by e-mail) in which you inform us of your decision to revoke this contract. The declaration must be made to us, i.e.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
If you have requested that the service should begin during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to the contract, compared to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
