Specialization Data Science

Specialization Digital Transformation Management

  • This specialization will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, tools, and techniques needed to drive digital transformation in organizations.
  • Students will learn how to identify areas of the business that can benefit from digital transformation and how to create a roadmap for implementing change.
  • This specialization will also cover topics such as agile project management, digital process management and customer experience, giving students a holistic understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Students will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve digital transformation initiatives in real-world organizations, giving them hands-on experience in implementing change.
  • Graduates with a specialization in digital transformation management will be well-prepared for leadership roles in digital transformation and will have the ability to drive change and innovation in their organizations.

Teaching management and leadership skills against the backdrop of digital transformation, we benefit from a uniquely strong network of experts from both academia and practice. Partnering with associations such as TechQuartier, the House of Digital Transformation, and other leading universities, our faculty come from various fields and deliver a holistic view to digital transformation in the world of business today.

Part of the GBS teaching philosophy is to ensure a perfect balance between theory and practice with an innovative approach to business education. Through small class sizes, instructors from both academia and industry, and building on the professional experiences students bring along, courses at GBS foster an active, student-centered learning atmosphere. The job-compatible format of the program allows you to keep your studies, work and leisure in balance.

Graduates receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (90 ECTS CP) from the AACSB-accredited Faculty of Economics and Business at Goethe University Frankfurt. The Digital Transformation MBA program is also accredited within the framework and procedures of Goethe University's System Accreditation by the Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute (ACQUIN).

GBS part-time students are enrolled students of Goethe University and enjoy all regular student benefits, such as access to libraries, reduced entrance fees to museums and a RMV semester ticket.
