In today’s business climate, change has become even more prevalent. And yet, research indicates that the vast majority of change efforts do not achieve the intended results. Often, the change initiative meets passive resistance and vital momentum is never achieved.
The course is designed to enable you to learn tools and techniques that can assist you and your organisation to more effectively manage change. Building from your own background, and learning from other participants, you will gain hands-on experience in leading yourself and others through change. The course combines core theoretical models with group discussions, practical exercises and a change simulation.
