High-performance Leadership Development Program to enhance leadership competencies
A high-performance Leadership Development Program is an integral part of the GBS MBA Program, and consists of a competency analysis as well as individual, peer- and group coaching sessions. A dynamic mix of theory and hands-on sessions will lead to the development of all leadership competencies.
