Eligibility
Applicants must be a German citizen or have a parent or spouse who is a German citizen.
EU citizens and persons who have been granted asylum, refugee status and are registered residents of Germany may apply if they have been gainfully employed in Germany of five years or of their parent or spouse has been gainfully employed in Germany for three years.

Duration
The duration of this loan cannot exceed 24 months.

Description
Recipients can be granted a loan up to 300 Euros a month up to 24 months for a maximum of 7,200 Euros.

Application
Applicants need to fill out an application form and submit the following documents:  a copy of their national identification card/ passport, an official university letter confirming enrollment and/or registration in a degree program, and relevant high school and university certificates/transcripts.

Requirements
Applicants must be pursuing a graduate diploma and must be less than 37 years of age.
