Introduction to Loans
EU and/or German national Students
A number of attractive loan offers are available to EU and/or German nationals through German financial institutions. In addition, Goethe Business School offers an exclusive Career Loan in partnership with Deutsche Bank to applicants who are German nationals. Under each type of loan listed, you will find further details and the specific application procedures handled through each financial institution.
International Students
In most cases, international students are only eligible through loans through private lenders in their respective home countries. Some may qualify for a German loan if they meet key eligibility requirements such as attendance at a German university for their first degree or German permanent residency.
Note for Students who are U.S. Citizens/U.S. Permanent Residents
Goethe Business School is currently not on the list of eligible schools and universities overseas which participate in the U.S. Department of Education’s FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) program. Most American students at Goethe Business School secure educational loans through private lenders, such as banks, or other financial institutions, such as SallieMae.
At present, Goethe Business School is not able to accept any applications for the Executive Master of Finance and Accounting. We are currently working on a strategic refocus of the program which is likely to start in Spring 2013. Any information in this respect will be published on our website.
