Executive Committee and Board of Trustees
Goethe Business School (GBS) is set up as an independent, non-profit foundation under private law, held by Goethe University Frankfurt. As such, Goethe Business School is managed by the Executive Committee and supported by a strong Board of Trustees.The Board of Trustees consists of the President of Goethe University, the Dean of the Department of Economics and Business Administration and top-profile senior executives, such as members of boards of directors or executive committees. The Board of Trustees works closely with the administration of the business school. It advises the school’s management on program development and allocation of funds.
